Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent within the industrial/construction sectors. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

Actively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and industry events.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of top talent.
Craft compelling job descriptions and recruitment materials to effectively communicate the value proposition of working at our company.
Conduct thorough candidate screening, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and in-person interviews.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and priorities.
Prepare candidate shortlists and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and address candidate inquiries regarding benefits and employment terms.
Partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires.

Proactive Talent Acquisition:

Proactively identify and develop talent pipelines for critical roles within the industrial/construction sectors.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Contribute to the development and implementation of effective recruiting strategies to achieve hiring goals.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within the industrial/construction industries (e.g., manufacturing, construction, logistics).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
A results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve hiring targets and exceed expectations.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
