Are you an experienced, detail-oriented professional with a passion for providing top-notch administrative support in a medical setting? Our optometry office in Bakersfield is seeking a Medical Administrator to join our team on a direct hire basis!

Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and provide excellent front-desk customer service.
Schedule and manage appointments efficiently.
Verify insurance eligibility and handle claims submissions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Manage billing, invoicing, and payment collection processes.
Coordinate daily operations with the optometry team.
Ensure a clean and organized office environment.

Qualifications:
Must have at least 2 years of optometry office experience
Proficiency in medical billing and scheduling software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
