RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Good communication skills & know basic shop math
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, policies and procedure in English
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence as required
- Able to lift/move up to 30 pounds regularly
- Able to follow and carryout instructions
- Ability to perform LOTO
- Ability to operate Mobile Equipment
- Knowledge of basic shop tools
- Able to do gauging and measuring
- Knowledge of basic machine mechanics
- Basic computer skills (e.g. Outlook, Work Order Database)
- Able to assist with basic tasks assigned by lead, supervisor or more senior maintenance tech with basic electrical and/or mechanical work orders
- Must be Mobile Equipment Operator Certified
- Able to use Express Maintenance Proficiently
- Able to do basic PLC troubleshooting
- Basic level fabrication/sheet metal work

Education and/or Experience
- Highschool or GED preferred
- Minimum of 2+ Years of Maintenance Experience or Machinist experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, policies and procedure in English
- Ability to comprehend basic shop math (algebra)
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently exposed to lifting, pushing and/or pulling parts and pans up to 30 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is loud, and proper PPE is required at all times on manufacturing shop floor.
Benefits/Salary:
The position includes competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance (medical, dental, vision), excellent 401k matching program, paid holidays and vacation. The salary range for this position is $21.00 to $24.00.
