Northrop Grumman's MQ-4C Triton Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) provides real-time intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) over vast ocean and coastal regions. The aircraft can fly for more than 24 hours at a time, at an altitude above 55,000 feet and an operational range of 8,200 nautical miles. Australia is a cooperative program partner in the Triton program which consists of the US Navy, Royal Australian Air Force and Northrop Grumman.
As procurement specialist, you will be working closely with demand and supply planning internally, suppliers, warehouse staff, subcontracts specialists and administrators to support and uplift our critical Triton program.
Your Role
* Conducting, coordinating and executing activities associated with the procurement of Triton items of supply to meet program outcomes.
* Purchase Order (PO)/ Repair Order (RO) Lifecycle Management
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory, contractual and organisational requirements.
* A key output is the making sure that POs/Ros are raised and managed in accordance with policies, procedures and agreed timeframe expectations, and that the process is managed and tracked.
About You
* You will be a strong team player, with the ability to work autonomously or as part of a larger group, with a demonstrated ability to always liaise professionally, with both the customer and internal stakeholders.
* Knowledge and experience in the use of Millis is essential for this position
* Experience in inventory management and/or aircraft maintenance experience within an aviation environment would be advantageous
* Tertiary qualifications in Business or Supply chain is desirable but not essential.
