Principal Analyst Process ETD - Military Veterans

The salary range for this position is dependent on experience level ranging from $122,699 to $153,374.

Education: BS/BA Degree Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in an analytical or technical discipline such as:

engineering, business management or related field. Graduate degree or post-graduate coursework in business, engineering or related area preferred.

Purpose:

-Serve as a primary resource to ETD by spearheading all efforts related to Division strategies and initiatives, process design, metrics, dashboards & key performance indicators (KPI's) development and communications.

-Develops and executes all activities to support Divisions efforts to be a data-driven, customer focused, process-based organization, including: Division strategic planning; developing & tracking metrics and KPI's, dashboards, process scorecards and any reporting as required to meet Division strategies and objectives.

-Leads, manages, acts as a facilitator and experienced mentor & manages collaborative teams across the business unit by coordinating metrics development, identifying performance gaps, and planning & tracking implementation of action items to close gaps, including improving electric transmission and distribution processes (effectiveness and efficiency).

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of annual strategic plans and balanced scorecards for the Division.

Identify & utilize benchmarks and industry best practices to establish performance goals for the Division. Work collaboratively to recommend technical, operational, organizational and other solutions while creating buy-in from process owners.

Identify performance gaps from established goals and put in place plans to close the gaps, recommend and develop sustainable, repeatable, quantifiable process improvements to keep Division scorecard goals on target.

Assume lead role in the development, tracking and improvement of all Division processes with a focus on cross functional management through metrics. Ensure that all process improvement initiative goals are met.

Be proficient with the use of analytics to communicate and present the effectiveness of current processes as well as measure proposed process improvements.

Develop highly complex business or technical recommendations that guide others in identifying desired outcomes, building a shared

vision and the means to attain it. Identify and prioritize Division process design and improvements to achieve maximum Division results.

Develop and execute project plans to redesign and implement necessary process improvements.

Manage and lead process change teams and project teams to maximize the group's potential to generate solutions, make decisions

and implement changes that impact the achievement of division results.

Broad and progressive management level experience including at least five years in process improvement or business management plus three years of experience utilizing strong analytical skills required. Is a recognized expert within the organization and/or industry.

Strong written, presentation and oral communications skills required.

Must be able to communicate key business metrics & process improvement status accurately to all internal and external stakeholders.
