Estimated annual base pay: $98,400.00 (minimum) - $123,000.00 (midpoint) - $147,600.00 (maximum)

The Senior Engineer, Electrical reports to the Engineering Leader and is responsible for the independent evaluation, selection, and substantial adaptation and modification of standard techniques, procedures and criteria in carrying out a sequence of engineering tasks. This position works under a moderate to low level of supervision. Independent technical decisions on work are covered by precedents; this position seeks direction/guidance on novel or controversial problems. In addition, this position may participate in project-specific relationship building with Customers, Suppliers, individuals or organizations.
What you will be doing...
- Layout Printed Circuit Boards to Industry and Woodward Standards to meet customer requirements.
- Interface with Packaging Engineering to create/revise PCBs.
- Generate all post-processing files and fab drawings to Woodward requirements.
- Responsible for approval, release, and tracking of all PCB design information including all information to Documentation Control upon release of a new design.
- Interface with Manufacturing Engineering for PCB or Footprint changes needed on new and existing PCBs.
What we are looking for...
- BS degree in Engineering required
- Greater than 8 years in related field required, including post-graduate experience
- IPC CID Certified Preferred
- 5 years minimum PCB Layout experience
- Experience with Mentor Xpedition Enterprise including Designer, Layout, Drawing editor, and Library Manager
