The Construction Field Coordinators will play a crucial role in overseeing onsite trade work, prioritizing safety, quality, and adherence to project schedules. Your responsibilities will include supervising field activities, coordinating between trades, managing material delivery and installation, and ensuring workforce productivity. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are vital for success in this role.
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of commercial construction experience and demonstrate exceptional communication and time management abilities. Proficiency in computer skills, a willingness to relocate as needed, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment are also essential.
