As a Semiconductor Process Engineer here at Honeywell, you
will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Silicon
Based Sensor products through effective semiconductor process engineering
practices. You will lead and coordinate the photolithographyprocess
activities for silicon wafer production, working closely with cross-functional
teams to define requirements and specifications.
Your expertise inphotolithography methodologiesand
tools will be instrumental in developing and executing and maintaining our
manufacturing processes. You will report directly to our Wafer Fab Engineering
Manager, and you will work out of our Richardson, TX location on a flexible
work schedule.
By analyzing process controls and experimental results, you
will provide valuable insights and recommendations for process improvements,
contributing to the overall enhancement of our solutions. Your technical
guidance and support will empower the manufacturing team to excel in their
roles and deliver high-quality results.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead, develop and sustain thephotolithographyactivities
for Silicon MEMS based sensor products
Develop and executeDesign of Experimentsto
improve processyields
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define
new processes, specifications and equipment
Define and analyzeStatistical Process
Controlsand provide recommendations for product improvements
Provide technical guidance and support to
manufacturing engineers and production operators.
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and
regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S.
citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under
asylum or refugee status.
MUST HAVE:
7+ years of experience in developing and supportingphotolithographyprocesses
(Steppers, Aligners, Coaters, Developers)
Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or
similar
5 years experience working inProduction
Manufacturing
2 years experience in process recipe development
forphotolithographytools.
