- Benefits and Pay Range:
- The pay range for this position is $50,000-70,000+ annually DOE, plus monthly and quarterly bonus potential!
- Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.

- As a Community Manager, you will be a savvy and intelligent team leader, fully accountable for all aspects of your property's operations. This includes driving financial performance, ensuring resident satisfaction and retention, and cultivating an engaged and productive team. You will monitor various performance metrics, implement effective strategies to achieve operational and leasing goals, analyze and adapt to changing market conditions, and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Minimum of 3 years progressively responsible for housing management or related experience.
- Skill in planning, delegating, and coordinating the work of others.

- Knowledge of risk management.
- Extensive knowledge of landlord, tenant, and rental housing laws.
- Ability to lead staff and build a team atmosphere.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Job Description Summary:
- This at-will position is responsible for achieving the financial and operational goals established for the community. This position is also accountable for ensuring the optimum operational and financial performance of the community, including personnel, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, revenue enhancing and other capital improvements, contracted services, administration and reporting, and safety and legal compliance. Works effectively with other team members and continues to improve and develop skills and knowledge
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- The following list of functions is descriptive of the work to be performed but it should not be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, functions, or tasks that the job may require.
- Organize and supervise day-to-day operations of staff
- Recruit, hire and train new associates
- Utilize tools to interpret current marketing and economic sales trends
- Ensure effective communication between residents, staff, owners, and vendors
- Implement and delegate new employee responsibilities
- Prepare, proof and document weekly reports
- Approve renewal program rates as needed
- Create and prepare community budget, with Regional Manager approval
- Possess knowledge of basic payroll, PTO, overtime, missed punches and bonus structures
- Proficiently execute billing and invoicing processes with associated softwares
- All encompassing, customer service to teams and residents
- Possess "Leadership qualities, value of assets, and bigger picture" mindset
- Ensure all staff members are current on assigned trainings.
- Oversee all aspects of reputation management
- Complete semi-annual reviews and praise jobs well done

- QUALIFICATIONS:
