We are currently seeking a highly motivated Tax Senior to join our growing team.

Position Overview:
As a Tax Senior, you will play a key role in providing tax compliance, consulting, and planning services for our diverse client base. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in public accounting or a corporate tax environment, with a solid foundation in tax research, preparation, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other entities
Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients in various industries
Perform tax research and analysis to support recommendations and decision-making
Review and manage workpapers and supporting documentation for tax filings
Assist in the management and development of junior staff members, providing guidance and support
Communicate with clients to address tax issues, concerns, and opportunities
Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with tax regulations and client objectives
Keep up to date with changes in tax laws and industry trends
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in tax compliance, consulting, or planning (public accounting experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations
Experience with tax preparation software (experience with specific software is a plus)
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA certification or progress toward certification is preferred
