F&I Product Manager - Military Veterans

Our department manages the vehicle protection product programs, working to build our customer and dealer loyalty through premier product offerings and service levels. Departmental responsibilities include F&I product development, contract administration, compliance, marketing, field support, customer service, claim adjudication, and expense control.

We are actively seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Product Manager to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and optimization of key operational processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, improve performance, and achieve strategic business objectives.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead and manage a team of 3-5 direct reports.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies and best practices.
  • Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, finance) to achieve business goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance.



Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Strong project management background with proven ability to deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a corporate setting.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).



If you have the following experience, you will stand out from other candidates:
  • Large companies with complex operations.
  • P&L, budgeting, timelines, and reporting within a large company's bureaucracy.
  • A deep understanding of product management and development, not just project management.
  • Focus on managing product and budget in depth
