On-Site Solutions Leader-MP - Military Veterans

The Onsite Solutions Leader is responsible for identifying and addressing key operational challenges, developing effective solutions, and ensuring optimal outcomes for both clients, associates and the organization. This role is critical in driving operational efficiency, enhancing client satisfaction, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role focuses on overseeing and further developing the seven Pillars of Onsite Excellence within our three Primary pillars (Growth, Servicing, Deployment). By effectively managing these pillars, the Onsite Solutions Leader ensures the achievement of operational excellence, delivering outstanding value to clients and contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.

Making an Impact
• Addressing Operational Inefficiencies: Identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies within on-site operations, and developing strategic plans to streamline workflows, reduce downtime, and improve overall productivity.
• Developing Innovative Solutions: Creating and implementing innovative solutions that leverage advanced technologies and best practices to solve complex operational problems and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensuring Compliance and Safety: Addressing compliance and safety issues by enforcing adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies, thereby ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.
• Delivering Measurable Results: Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions, providing detailed reports, and making data-driven decisions to further enhance operational performance.
• Thought Leadership Market and industry leader known in communities of relevance and looked to for World of Work expertise. Embed Continuous Improvement tools and methodology across Manpower which sustain operational goals and improve quality of work.

People Leadership
• Typical span of control is 5-10 direct reports10-50 indirect reports
• Role will have significant influence on the P&L of our Client Programs OnSite and Convenience OnSite accounts but no direct P&L ownership
• Managing and optimizing the use of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, within the Center of Excellence & our Onsite Programs to achieve cost-effective and efficient operations.
• Drive a culture of accountability and high performance through monitoring and managing results to expectations aligned role KPIs
• Develop and coach talent, inspire direct reports to provide best in class service to our internal and external stakeholders

Your Typical Day and Other Key Details
• Attend daily meetings with Onsite Solutions Director. Conduct daily meetings with team members.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) using data analytics tools and prepare detailed reports on operational performance. Use data-driven insights to evaluate the impact of implemented solutions and identify areas for further improvement.
• Conduct virtual training sessions for the team to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance.
• Work on developing strategic plans and innovative solutions to address identified operational challenges using collaborative tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including MP Engineering, IT, Operations, and Recruitment to design and implement these solutions effectively.
• Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations to develop and implement solutions that enhance client satisfaction and build strong relationships.
• Troubleshoot back-office and operational issues. Create strategies to improve associate and client retention and satisfaction.
• Works 100% of the time virtual, except while traveling to Client Sites (10%)
• Must be able to travel to client sites as required and to be in an OnSite work environment
• Physical Requirements-Able to sit for extended periods of time, utilizing technology to complete daily requirements.
• This position requires flexibility in working hours to cover all US time zones, ensuring continuous support and service to our nationwide clients

Qualifications

Required
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Industry: Minimum 3 years in Onsite related or equivalent role in staffing industry
Technical: Digital Literacy: desktop (e.g., Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Proficient with data analytics tools and Excel

Nice to Have
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Industry: Operations, Payroll, or IT experience in staffing industry
People Leadership: 1-3 years of supervisory experience
Technical: Advanced data analytics and Excel capabilities
Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
