We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Engineer Manager to join our team specializing in Manufacturing in Columbus, IN .
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways :

- Technical Direction : Offering technical inputs and direction will enhance manufacturing processes and outcomes.
- Stakeholder Communication : Leading communications with all stakeholders will ensure transparency and collaboration across the organization.
- Resource Management : Managing departmental activities, including budgeting, resource planning, and project management, will optimize the use of resources and ensure successful project execution.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- College, university, or degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or related field, or equivalent experience required.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
- Significant level of relevant work experience, including supervisory and leadership experience, required.
Additional Information/Responsibilities:
- This position will be on site
- Lead a team of 14 total manufacturing and controls engineers
- Manage capital expenditure for the manufacturing site
- Lead the engineering team to deeper integration into Cummins as part of our acquisition journey
- Manage the transition to EPA 2027 product launch
- Think strategically to outline and enact line performance improvement projects
