We are looking
for an experienced professional with extensive expertise in Product
Lifecycle Management / PLM to lead the design, implementation, and
optimization of comprehensive PLM solutions. With over 15 years of experience
in PLM systems, you will be a key driver in enabling digital transformation,
ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions, and
fostering innovation across the product lifecycle.
Key
Responsibilities
PLM deployment experience
in large R&D and Project Engineering enterprise with experience in
architecture, design, develop, and implement scalable PLM tailored to
meet business needs.
Define solution
architecture, roadmaps, integration strategies, and best practices for
Teamcenter implementations.
Lead all phases of
PLM implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system design,
development, testing, and deployment.
Ensure seamless integration
of PLM with ERP (e.g., SAP), MES, and other enterprise systems like CRM, CPQ,
ALM, Design / Product Configurators.
Architect solutions for
complex integrations, including BOM management, Change Management, CAD
integrations, and workflows.
Leverage model-based
engineering techniques to enhance PLM processes and solutions.
Optimize existing PLM
environments for performance, scalability, and usability.
Collaborate with business
stakeholders, engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams to gather requirements
and deliver value-driven solutions.
Translate business
objectives into technical designs and ensure alignment with organizational
goals.
Establish
PLM standards, governance frameworks, and compliance policies to maintain
system integrity and security.
Perform system health
checks, audits, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.
Provide technical
leadership to cross-functional teams, mentoring junior architects and
engineers on Teamcenter capabilities and best practices.
Stay current with Siemens
PLM / MBE advancements and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions
to enhance business processes.
Identify and implement
opportunities for process automation and digital transformation within PLM
systems.
Required
Qualifications
15+ years of experience in
PLM systems preferably Teamcenter X or equivalent cloud based PLM systems.
Proven track record in
implementing and managing large-scale Teamcenter PLM projects.
Deep knowledge of PLM
architecture, modules (e.g., PLM Cloud, BOM, Change Management, Workflow
Design), and customization.
Expertise in Teamcenter
integration with Upstream CRM/CPQ (Salesforce) and ALM (Polarion) systems and
downstream Design Automation (Rulestream, SAP Product Configurator) and ERP
(SAP, Oracle)
Proficiency in programming
and scripting for PLM
Proficiency in Model based
engineering techniques, simulation lifecycle management, generative design,
advanced CAD integrations
Expertise in PLM-ERP-MES
integrations, preferably Teamcenter-SAP interfaces.
Familiarity with
engineering, manufacturing, and product / project lifecycle management
processes in industries such as automotive, aerospace, or industrial
machinery.
