Amentum is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join our team to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division (NSWCCD) for the Navy Integrated Training Environment (NITE) program. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to ensuring Fleet readiness and operational excellence by providing data-driven solutions, enhancing Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) training environments, and delivering innovative engineering and cybersecurity capabilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the maintenance of all range systems, equipment, facilities, targets, target areas and other range areas in order to maximize their availability to meet Fleet training requirements.
- Establishes and administers the overall strategies and procedures for the Asset and Target Area Maintenance Program.
- Develops budgets/policies/procedures to support range training assets and ensures projects/milestones/goals are met.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
- Seven (7) years of training asset maintenance experience with DoD efforts
- Three (3) years of managerial experience with DoD efforts
- Experience managing dispersed workforce in support of DoD training asset maintenance requirements
- Familiarity with ISO 9000:2015
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance. US citizenship required to obtain US government clearance.

- Bachelor degree in STEM and/or management field
