Expected salary range of $103,500 to $115,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Senior Analyst, Audit Services plays an important role within Constellation Audit Services (CAS) by executing complex assurance, compliance, and/or enablement engagements. This position is responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls, identifying risks, and providing recommendations to enhance governance, risk management, controls, and operational efficiency. The Senior Analyst, Audit Services will collaborate with stakeholders across all levels, leveraging professional frameworks (e.g., IPPF, COSO, etc.), data analytics, and best practices to deliver value-added insights. Additionally, this role ensures compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, company policies, and regulatory standards, while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and ethical conduct.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Plan the development of engagement scope, objectives and work program; develop risk assessments and determine audit procedures to be used.
• Support the ICFR program through risk assessments, testing of key financial controls, automated controls, and key reports, and assisting with other program initiatives.
• Lead process walkthroughs with stakeholders to gain a thorough understanding of business objectives and operations, identify potential risks and control recommendations, and ensure alignment with engagement objectives and best practices.
• Assess operational processes by conducting detailed testing of processes, controls, and transactions to evaluate effectiveness, efficiency, and/or compliance.
• Develop and/or review detailed workpaper documentation in accordance with professional standards and department quality expectations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and sufficiency of engagement documentation.
• Summarize and draft engagement finding and recommendations, ensuring clarity and accuracy within engagement reports.
• Identify, communicate, and resolve any concerns with management as they arise on the engagement.
• Conduct post-engagement follow up to ensure remediation of engagement findings.
• Provide coaching and guidance to develop engagement staff (e.g., analysts and associate analysts) and deliver feedback to all engagement team-members.
• Perform special reviews at the request of management and participate in department initiatives. Share knowledge and best practices across the CAS team.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Business, Finance, equivalent degree
- Five to eight years experience in an Accounting or Auditing position or related field

- Good organizational and analytical skills and ability to prioritize multiple activities and requirements
- PC Skills (experience in word processing, spreadsheet applications, and flow charting)
- Able to obtain, analyze and appraise data
