ETCH Process Engineer III, Sr - (E3) - Military Veterans

Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute DOE, collect data, analyze and compile reports on a wide range of complex process engineering experiments for multiple products, within safety guidelines
- Generate internal and external documentation for products, presentations, technical reports and generate process engineering specifications
- Earn customer trust by helping customer yield increasement and cost reduction, build reputation for service contract penetration
- Train engineers in measurement techniques of film properties and guide them in the interpretation of the data, new methodologies, troubleshooting techniques and resolve a wide range of complex process engineering issues
- Troubleshooting customer escalation issues. Interact with customers to resolve a wide range of complex process engineering issues/problems with limited to no supervision
- Implement new technology, products and analytical instrumentation
- Defect scan and analysis, measure SEM/CDSEM/TEM images and interpret data
- Identify, select and work with vendors and suppliers with limited to no supervision
Requirements
- Bachelors degree and above, majoring in Material, Chemistry, Electric, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering focus
- 5-7 years of experience working in ETCH department as a process engineer, preferably in wafer manufacturing/fab experience
Functional Knowledge
- Plasma etch tool knowledge (CCP/ICP)
- Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM)
- Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM)
- Ellipsometry Design of experiments (DOE) to resolve complex materials analysis problems
- Statistical analysis methods and tools
- Semiconductor process and industry experience

$124,000.00 - $171,000.00The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
