Job Description
HII Mission Technologies is looking to hire a driven UAS Senior Logistics Analyst to provide onsite technical support for the Tactical Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (TUAS) Product Office in Huntsville, Alabama. TUAS is responsible for the U.S. Army's Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS) Project Office which is a subordinate organization of the Army's Program Executive Office for Aviation (PEO AVN). TUAS allows its analysts to gain experience in various programs, including Research and development, Fielding and implementation, and Sustainment Engineering programs supporting the DoD . In addition, HII analysts set the standard of professional and ethical conduct and participate in diverse professional development opportunities.

Essential Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for performing all property accountability, asset management, conducting asset inventories, asset tracking and reporting actions in an Army Accountable Property System of Record (APSR), Supply Chain Management system or PM owned Supply Chain Management (SCM) system.
- Responsible for implementing Army Integrated Product Support (IPS) plans, strategies, and requirements in accordance with regulatory guidance and policies.
- Possess and maintain knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the following daily duties and responsibilities individually, or as a member of an integrated product support team.
- Responsible for property support for PM UAS responsible for complying with lifecycle property functions maintaining assigned U.S. Government property and equipment.
- Create contract modification documentation to transfer property between organizations and ensure traceability for government property from manufacturer to end user.
- Provide technical support on CLS/PBL sustainment contracts to include monitoring contractor performance on all maintenance related performance, deliverables, prepare and review contract modifications/Task Orders.
- Responsible for working with PM‐UAS Acquisition Logistics personnel and external stakeholders and agencies to enable automated requisition flow, returns, and plan for support of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Modification Work Orders (MWOs), and other product modification and supply related functions.
- All candidates will be subject to a pre-employment background investigation and drug screening per HII requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- 6 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's in a related field; 4 years of experience with a Master's; 10 years of experience with a High School Diploma.
- Proficient in managing deficient, redundant, or obsolete equipment through the DLA DRMS, ensuring all documentation is accurate and logistic databases (COLTS and DPAS) accurately reflected disposition.
- Proficient in collaborating with stakeholders to review policies, plans and procedures and ensure they are appropriately applied to daily operations.
- Ability to train unit personnel to comply with receipt, inspection, storage, and administration for expendable and durable equipment.
- Proficient utilizing COLTS standards, training, and audits to ensure authorized Item Managers are assigned appropriate roles and have required expertise within the automated logistics systems to accomplish their assigned supply support and sustainment logistics functions, while limiting access to key transactions that would create conflicts of interest and/or program risk.
- Proficient knowledge and experience in the application of DoD standards and specifications to ensure product planning, development, acquisition, and fielding plans, schedules, and strategies adhere to DoD guidance for products, materials, and processes that have multiple applications to promote commonality and interoperability and reduce the variety of like items to the greatest extent possible to reduce risk in cost, schedule, and performance throughout the product life cycle.
- Proficient in writing detailed technical substantiation analyses, reports, and briefings.
- Knowledge and experience reading and interpreting technical reports.
- Possess strong listening, written, and oral communication skills.
- Competence in MS Office and related software/programs.
- Travel up to 20%.
- Position is on-site with hybrid support at the discretion of the Government customer.
- Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
Preferred Requirements
- Bachelor's or greater in Engineering, Logistics, Acquisitions, Business, or Management.
- 10 years or more of DoD Aviation experience, US Army, or UAS experience.
- Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to work in a shipboard environment. Must be able to lift, carry, and transport heavy equipment.
