Onboarding Fulfillment Consultant - Military Veterans

Provides consultation for CDS Global conversion clients regarding CDS Global procedures, reports and processes. Consults with CDS Global account team and other department managers on most effective way to interact with client. Responsible for conversion documentation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Maintains confidentiality of CDS Global and its clients' proprietary information.
• Consults with new clients during the conversion process on CDS Global procedures, reports and processes.
• Establishes and maintains effective lines of communication with client and other CDS departments during the conversion process.
• Collaborates and assists CDS Global account team to ensure all appropriate resources are utilized.
• Establishes conversion rules with client and programming staff.
• Organizes tasks and resources to complete work and meet deadlines according to established departmental procedures.
• Interacts in cooperative and professional manner with employees, clients and /or vendors in team-oriented environment.
• Follows all CDS Global ergonomic and safety policies.
• Ensures onboarding work plan and related tasks are accurately implemented and completed according to deadlines and established department procedures.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assumes additional responsibilities as requested (or required).
• Travel is required on an occasional basis.
• Attends departmental continuing education classes when required or requested.
EDUCATION AND/OR CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND LICENSING
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management or related field, or comparable industry related work experience.
• Five or more years of industry related work experience; preference for CDS Global work experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of CDS Global systems and software.
• Demonstrated above average written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated experience applying creative thinking skills to generate opinions, visualize opportunities and formulate new approaches.
• Demonstrated experience making decisions on a variety of tasks requiring discretion, judgment and initiative.
• Demonstrated research and troubleshooting skills.
• Demonstrated experience prioritizing and completing short-term and long-term tasks with minimal supervision.
• Capable of working with multiple and/or conflicting demands in a professional and successful manner.
• Simple math skills.
• Demonstrated experience reacting to change and remaining productive.
• If required to travel, has access to transportation requiring a valid driver's license, proof of safe driving record and active insurance.
