The CIB Innovation team, aligned within the CIB Chief Operating Office , is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to join its Lending Lifecycle Transformation team. The team will lead the CIB Lending Transformation Program, drive the development and execution of Lending Lifecycle future state model and execution roadmap, in collaboration with senior business and functional leaders across CIB. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience within CIB Lending business(es) along with strong understanding of AI/GenAI market solutions, possess a growth mindset and be solution and efficiency oriented. In this role, you will:
- Support the strategy and design of Lending future state roadmap to be enabled by AI/GenAI
- Support the execution of the Lending Transformation program, including governance and executive presentations
- Work across Banking lending businesses including Corporate syndicated lending, Leveraged Finance, and Commercial Real Estate, Innovation and functional teams to ensure the LOB's strategic priorities and needs are represented in program
- Work with Fintech solutions, AI and tech teams
- Implement innovative solutions or improvements to current operational processes and procedures
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Corporate & Investment Banking experience
- Experience in project management and/or leading large initiatives
- Strong communication skills and experience presenting to executive leaders
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals and work under deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Strong listening and communications skills with the ability to convey complex information and ideas simply and clearly
- Strong understanding of current industry trends, constantly seeking new ideas to bring to thinking
- Strong understanding of navigating a complex and large global banking organization
- High energy with a passion for innovation and developing strategic high-growth partnership models
