As a Senior Program Manager, AI Innovations , you'll lead groundbreaking initiatives, collaborate with diverse teams, and drive innovation that makes a real impact. Join us to build industry partnerships, streamline operations, and turn big ideas into transformative healthcare solutions. Role Overview Lead large, complex divisional and enterprise-wide programs focused on digital health ventures and innovation, ensuring alignment with institutional strategy. Collaborate across multiple departments and stakeholders, including technical analysts, clinicians, HR, Legal, Marketing, and external partners such as startups, venture capitalists, and industry forums. Oversee program operations, bridging the gap between development and implementation, ensuring efficient resource use, effective decision-making, and accountability. Drive program growth and success by proactively managing risks, addressing challenges, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Represent the organization at external events, industry forums, and accelerator programs to build partnerships and foster innovation. Ensure programs align with regulatory and compliance standards while maintaining a forward-thinking approach to digital health solutions. Key Qualifications Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs in digital health or innovation-focused environments. Strong strategic thinking and operational planning skills to align initiatives with organizational priorities. Demonstrated ability to engage and influence diverse internal and external stakeholders effectively. Experience in building and scaling programs, including handling unforeseen challenges and execution risks. Core Skills Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous growth. Simplify complex initiatives for diverse audiences through multiple communication channels. Identify, manage, and address execution risks while maintaining focus on program objectives. Work seamlessly across various disciplines, including HR, Legal, Marketing, and external industry partners.
