JOB GOAL:
This Position is Part-Time (3 evenings a week, from approximately 4:30pm-8:30pm), It is not eligible for remote working.

GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:
Under limited supervision, performs general secretarial work at the administrative level. This position will assist staff and faculty in daily tasks and practice independent judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills are required. This position will adhere to the College and Hotel's policies and procedures and may require working evenings and other work hours as assigned to accommodate the Hotel's hours of operations.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrate Hospitality by greeting guests and answering questions when they stop by the reception desk.
- Coordinate materials for mailings, event signage, generate reports, and maintain computer databases with great attention to detail.
- Assist Sales, Banquet Managers with urgent changes or requests.
- Prepare and maintain correspondence, lists, and other documents.
- Perform various office clerical duties including filing, typing, scanning, maintaining copiers and other equipment.
- Assist with department activities, events and employees needing to complete online trainings.
- Serve as primary back-up to full-time department Office Coordinator.
- Regular and consistent attendance at work.
- Perform other related work duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES WITH/WITHOUT REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION:
Position involves working in an office setting. Occasional (10-33%) standing, pushing, pulling and grasping. Frequent (34-66%) reaching and viewing a computer and other types of close visual work. Constant (67-100%) sitting, walking, repetitive motion, talking and hearing.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Possess a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
- Knowledge of standard office equipment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, OR REGISTRATIONS :
- Post High School Degree.
- 2 years full time experience in an administrative role.
