As part of our inclusive, innovative, and equity-focused community, you will work independently and collaboratively toward social justice, which requires a broad partnership among faculty, staff, students, and community partners. The Program Coordinator role entails providing administrative, programming, scheduling, ordering, and creative skills. You will be responsible for tracking action items and following up with team members to keep project implementation moving forward within the LGBTQ and Multicultural Resource Centers, Undocumented Student Support Services, Community Engagement and Dialogue, and affiliated resource programs (e.g., CARE, Disability Resource Center) and initiatives as required. You will also contribute to the design of various programs, events, and materials and provide guidance and direction to students, staff, and faculty. The ideal candidate will work effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision, proactively engaging with project managers and colleagues. Additionally, you will oversee the center's physical space. The role reports to the Executive Director of Resource Centers for Climate and Belonging within the Office of Diversity and Outreach (ODO).
