Project Manager - Military Veterans

Reporting to the Cardiology Assistant Division Manager, the incumbent uses skills as a seasoned and experienced administrative operations professional to function as the QGenda primary administrator to manage, plan and administer the faculty clinical scheduling operations within a large division.
The primary administrator for QGenda is essential to the efficient management and optimization of scheduling within our healthcare organization. This position is responsible for leveraging the QGenda platform to improve workforce efficiency, streamline operations, and support the delivery of exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, advanced technical skills, and a comprehensive understanding of healthcare scheduling dynamics.
Assist in planning and organizing divisional events and meetings.
Plan, organize, manage, and execute ad hoc projects with division leadership.
Assist in design and management of faculty and staff onboarding tools.
Assist in the design and drafting of organizational website content for the academic administrative team Wiki website.
Perform short- and long-term planning, and analysis and problem-solving for the organization. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.
Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
The salary range for this position is $75,700 - $123,100 (Annual Rate).
