Administrator, Student Conduct - Military Veterans

The Administrator, Student Conduct serves as primary contact for students, faculty, staff, parents, and others who interact with the Office of Student Conduct. The Administrator, Student Conduct is responsible for providing timely and professional communication to address requests for information from other College offices and external agencies. This position will work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of interaction with students and various departments across campus to coordinate the scheduling of appointments, meetings, data management, records retention and elimination, and correspondence. As a result, the Administrator, Student Conduct must be able to prioritize, organize, and complete time-sensitive tasks with discretion and confidentiality.
Compensation within the posted range is determined by a candidate's education level and/or years of experience in the field. Generally, employees are hired in the lower third of the scale .
Bachelor?s degree required, degree in education, higher education, counseling and Master?s degree preferred. Two (2) years? experience in one or more of the following areas: Title IX threat assessment; student conduct; or disciplinary policies/procedures required. Experience working at a Community College preferred.

- Provide leadership to assigned College division or function.
- Interpret College policies and procedures, as required.
- Remain knowledgeable about the College, its structure, culture, policies, and practices.
- Maintain a professional demeanor; have strong presentation skills and be able to organize and communicate information to a variety of groups.
- Design and conduct training programs on topics related to Student Conduct for the College community, as required.
- Serve as an advocate for the College and its students, as required.
- Serve as liaison between College departments, faculty and/or staff, as required.
- Serve as case manager for the College?s CARE/BIT team.
