Key Responsibilities:
-Answer incoming calls and assist with inquiries, scheduling, and service updates.
-Address customer needs for commercial, residential, and roll-off accounts, including billing questions, service changes, and missed pickups.
-Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text to provide top-notch support.
-Perform detailed data entry and maintain accurate records.
-Work collaboratively with the team in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
Qualifications:
-Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
-Typing speed of 40+ WPM.
-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use multiple screens effectively.
-A positive, professional attitude that inspires customer confidence.
