About the Role:
Join a dynamic and professional team as an On-Call Mailroom Associate for a project with SPS Global (Swiss Post Solutions). In this role, you’ll work within a bank environment, providing critical support in mailroom operations and ensuring the seamless handling of mail, packages, and other administrative tasks. This is an on-call position, offering flexibility and variety while helping maintain smooth operations during employee absences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the processing of incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Operate mailroom equipment efficiently.
• Perform shipping, receiving, and office supply management tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Assist with reception and general administrative duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• 2+ years of relevant experience (preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform other physical tasks.
