T he opportunity:

This role will support the sales team, manage the print packaging production workflow, and interact closely with customers. Support department by tracking, investigating, and reporting sales information and resolving problems.

How you will impact Smurfit Westrock:

• Manages production statuses among multiple manufacturing facilities.

• Enters Creative, Design Estimating, pre-press and ink match requests.

• Attend project kick off meetings with sales. Organize and distribute project detail requests to the respective departments to take action.

• Creates price proposals and sends quote letter to customer.

• Manages package development.

• Follows up on aspects of product development. (Including Creative, Design, Estimating and Pre-Press Departments)

• Manages team of employees to ensure that project tasks are in line with customer's needs Communicates daily with customers, sales and manufacturing staff

• Updates managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.

• Resolves order and inventory problems by investigating data and history, identifying alternate means for filling orders, and notifying managers and customers.

• Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information and answering questions.

• Maintains customer database by inputting customer profiles.

• Prepares and distributes monthly reports and customer specific reports as requested

• Performs other job duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

• Must have strong organizational skills.

• 3-5 years' experience in printing, multi-media, mass-market, or entertainment industry preferred.

• Must have ability to communicate effectively.

• Must be proactive.

• Must have excellent follow up and follow through skills.

• Must have experience managing multiple projects successfully.

• Must have experience entering data using a variety of computer software programs.

• Must have basic proficiency using all Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.

• Must have ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

• Must have ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and clients.

• Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Must be able to maintain good attendance.

• Must be able to perform all essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation.

The salary range for this position is $95,250.00 - $158,750.00, depending on your role, level, and location. The benefits for this role may include short-term bonus incentive, health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and a number of programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work. Your actual pay will be based on your work location and other factors, such as your skills, experience, and education.
