Leidos Security Operations is seeking an Industrial Security Representative who will also be the Facility Security Officer for a small Cage Code. The candidate will support multiple customers to include TSA, IRS & FAA. The selected candidate will be responsible for the management of the Public Trust Suitability requirements across multiple programs. In this role you will coordinate and monitor highly sensitive aspects of industrial security programs and other security activities while ensuring compliance with government and company security policies and procedures. Manage oversight of classified document handling and transmissions, facility access controls, visitor controls, and security education and awareness.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Interpreting and reviewing Security Policy from government customer.
- Responsible for implementing the industrial security program and ensuring company and customer security requirements are met.
- Develop, administer and audit the security program for compliance with government regulations associated with the protection of information.
- Develop, implement and maintain Security Metric Reports for analysis
- Maintain internal security database with accuracy • Perform in individual and team roles supporting all contractual security requirements for the program. Reviews all required paperwork and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to submission to the government for processing.
- Assisting candidates through the entire public trust vetting process to include coordinating fingerprinting.
- Ensure timely notification of pertinent security matters to program technical and management staff.
- The candidate will be required to conduct security self-inspections, apply risk mitigation methodologies, support customer assessments, and implement security measures to meet requirements.
- Administer day-to-day security for both DOD and Public Trust programs, personnel processing, program reviews, document control system, audits & self-inspections, security violation investigations & reports, receipt/dispatch/destruction/mail logs, visit certs, etc.
- Review and interpret DD254s as well as flow down of sub DD254s.
- Maintain an effective security awareness, training, and education program.
- Assist in executing the requirements set forth in the Technology Control Plan (TCP) for foreign visitors.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years experience or Master's Degree with 2+ years experience. May consider additional work experience, certifications, trainings, etc. in lieu of a degree.
- Currently hold and be able to maintain a Secret Security Clearance
- Demonstrated ability to successfully handle multiple tasks and conflicting customer requirements
- Self-starter with ability to work independently, customer service orientated
- Ability to interpret company and government security policies and apply them to program operations
- Posses outstanding customer service skills and the ability to deal with all levels of management both internally and externally.
- Posses practical knowledge of and experience with DISS, SF85, 85P & 86 & OF306
- Highly organized with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Completion of FSO for Possessing Facility Course within 6 months of start date.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience creating and conducting initial security briefings, debriefings, indoctrinations, pre/post foreign travel briefings and refresher briefings, as appropriate
- Experience as an FSO or AFSO
- Experience support IRS and/or FAA Public Trust Suitability processing
- Experience conducting Self Inspections in compliance with the 32 CFR 117
- Experience using SIMS

Pay Range:
Pay Range $63,700.00 - $115,150.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
