Logistics Analyst - Military Veterans

Amentum has an opportunity for a highly qualified Logistics Analyst to assist with property inventory, receiving and issuance of supplies and materials, and other equipment or repair parts required for each supported unit. The Logistics Analyst updates the command's DPAS and minor property inventory per policy procedures and requirements.
This is an Evergreen Position, contingent on position vacancy
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide logistics and supply services and support to NIOCH and six subordinate units.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistical operations including inventory management, warehousing, and transportation to ensure sufficient supply of goods and products.
- Provide assistance with the GCPC Program in compiling and/or consolidating data for many recurring and special, one-time reports.
- Exercise a high degree of coordinative effort to maintain maximum operational support as needs are subject to operational changes, policy shifts, and technological changes at any given time.
- Inform AOs on GCPC program changes and verify that proper charges are applied.
- Assist the Agency Program Coordinator (APC) with reconciling DD577s, Appointment/Termination Letters, and training certificates for AO, APC, CH, and other roles that require an appointment.
- Assist in conducting monthly audits of purchase card transactions via the program audit tool.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of practical hands-on experience in Department of Defense Logistics
- Experience with Government Commercial Purchase Card Program
- Familiarity with MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Understanding of business process maps (normally in flowchart format) and supporting documentation
- Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel
- Must be able to push, pull, and reach
- Frequent communication with co-workers, management, and customers.
- Must have an active Top-Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility after your start date. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university
- 10+ years of experience in DoD Logistics
The salary range for this position is $120K to $155K. (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
