Job Description: The Proctoring Analyst I provides technical and operational support for proctoring services including in-person and online test proctoring, scoring services and consultations to faculty for online, accommodated, on-campus, offsite and standardized test proctoring services. Assist in organizing and creating documentation and support resources for peers, student staff and testing center functions. Responsible for troubleshooting non-routine technology issues in support of online proctoring services and applies an in-depth application, technology and service knowledge to solve technology problems and fulfill service requests. Job Responsibilities Include: Proctor Exams and Train/Schedule additional proctors – Proctor and score in-person and online standardized exams in accordance with established standards, processes, and procedures. Assist in providing proctoring cross-training to OIT App Support peers and students when necessary. Assist with providing proctoring services and coordinating additional accommodations for approved students as per the guidance of Student Accessibility Services. Support Online Proctoring – provide technology support and consultation to faculty about Ohio University's preferred online proctoring partner. Proctoring training designed to promote academic integrity – supports the promotion of academic integrity by assisting with on-demand training sessions for Ohio University faculty, teaching assistant and graduate students as appropriate so that exam proctoring standards are maintained. Update process and procedure documentation – ensure documentation is up to date. Actively seeks improvement to processes and collaborates with Proctoring Specialist to incorporate those improvements. Other duties as assigned.
