An Electrical Drafter is needed for a global power leader in the Fridley, MN area. This Electrical Drafter/Designer role requires 5-8 years of experience with CREO 7 (or higher) and Windchill to create detailed electrical component designs, cabling, and harnessing layouts while collaborating on multiple projects and documenting changes.

responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed drawings of electrical components, diagrams, and panel layouts using CREO 7 (or higher).
- Develop and maintain cabling and harnessing designs.
- Document electrical drawing changes and specifications using Windchill.
- Coordinate with other team members to design, layout, or detail components and systems.
- Perform tasks based on change notices from lead designers across multiple projects.
Skills:
- Expertise in cabling and harnessing.
- strong knowledge of design techniques, tools, and blueprint creation.
- Familiarity with electrical documentation, panel layouts, and PLC I/O drawings.
- Effective communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 5-8 years of CREO 7 (or higher) experience focused on schematic and cabling design.
- Proficiency with Windchill.
