Summary:
The Personal Insurance Retention and Quality Specialist will support the sales and service operations for Personal Lines business. Given the evolving market conditions, there is a heightened need to focus resources on retention efforts. Additionally, the Insurance Retention and Quality Specialist, will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a quality program for the Personal Lines sales and service, aimed at continuously enhancing the customer experience and driving improved results for the Agency.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Development, with leadership, a comprehensive proactive retention program including value-added touches with customers
- Development, with leadership, a quality program that ensures we are following our processes and use technology effectively to continually improve the customer experience
- Use existing and create new data analytics tools for understanding retention trends and opportunities
- Working with Account Management staff and customers on retention pivotal moments such as non-renewals, lost business, significant rate increases, etc,
- Provide high-net-worth claims and issue resolution support
- Provide support to service team during busy periods
- Performs other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years additional related experience in lieu of degree
- 7+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience
- Property & Casualty License
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced designation (CIC, CPRM, etc.)
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
