Summary:
The Network Infrastructure Manager Sr. prioritizes, scopes, estimates, and manages the team(s) responsible for the development and implementation of engineering solutions, which includes people management and team budget responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicates technical vision and roadmaps with little supervision.
- Provides assessments to management teams indicating business opportunities and critical success factors.
- Projects excellent command of business knowledge and has the ability to solicit input from internal and external sources.
- Is recognized as a positive leader and is capable of defusing complex interpersonal issues while managing customer expectations.
- Affects change within sphere of influence and leads development of innovative improvements and world-class practices.
- Assumes responsibility for team results.
- Leads implementation of multiple department programs.
- Responsible for coaching and mentoring team members.
- Maintains current professional and technical skills.
- Keep abreast of current and emerging technologies, how they integrate and drive value for Huntington.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years of related experience
- Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading people effectively
- Strong technical and program management skills
- Proven track record of meeting/ exceeding goals
Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)

Compensation Range:
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
