The Corporate Strategy Associate is responsible for
collaborating to create the development and execution of the Strategic Planning
(STRAP) process and competitive intelligence initiatives for the enterprise.
This role plays a critical role in shaping the long-term strategic direction of
Honeywell and ensuring its competitiveness in the market.
The Sr Strategic Planning Specialist will report to the Sr.
Director of Corporate Strategy and will work out of the Charlotte NC office on
a 3/2 hybrid work schedule after the first 90-days with Honeywell.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate
with the development and implementation of corporate strategic plans and
initiatives. - Conduct
thorough analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry
developments to inform strategic recommendations. - Collaborate
closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify
business opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement. - Evaluate
potential partnerships, acquisitions, and investment opportunities to
support growth objectives. - Prepare
and present strategic recommendations, business cases, and presentations
to different audiences and stakeholders. - Monitor
and assess the performance of strategic initiatives, and adjust strategies
as needed to achieve corporate goals. - Collaborating
in the strategic planning process, including setting priorities,
establishing metrics, and ensuring alignment with overall business
objectives. - Stay
informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to
anticipate challenges and opportunities.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in corporate planning, management consulting, or
strategic planning roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector (discrete manufacturing or
process industries)
Advanced financial modeling skills
Knowledge of market research methodologies

ensure alignment and coordination across the organization. The CORP SBG plays a
crucial role in the overall strategic direction and management of Honeywell's
corporate functions and operations, assisting the company's business
objectives.
