Regional Security Manager - Military Veterans

Regional Security Manager are responsible for managing and developing, as well as, providing critical direction related to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, to the branch-level and their assigned areas. RSM must be able to handle multiple projects and gain the cooperation and buy-in of SVP's, and Branch Management to achieve goals. The RSM must remain focused on managing and addressing all area-specific business objectives, while ensuring that their key responsibilities are fulfilled.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (other duties maybe assigned)
- Responsible for assigned geographical area.
- Conduct Internal Investigations
- Direct and support risk management strategy.
- Ensure compliance with risk policy, procedures, etc.
- Conduct internal risk audits/assessments and provide effective recommendations for correction (follow-up for compliance)
- Analyze risk trends/data and provide advice to management for existing or emerging risk elimination (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly)
- Company Risk Liaison, customers, competitors, law enforcement, etc.
- Manage exposures/claims ensuring minimum company liability.
- Manage the external audit process to ensure appropriate management personnel respond to findings e.g. Vault, CMS, Branch Mg, etc.
- Support risk awareness training.
- Escalate risk deficiencies to appropriate level of management.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Able to meet the Company's hiring criteria.
- Minimum 10 years investigative, corporate security and/or risk management experience required,
- Valid driver's licenses and must maintain a satisfactory driving record.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite for Windows (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access).
- Knowledge of Security/Operations policies/procedures, rules and regulations.
- Proficiency in oral and written communication in the English language.
- Multi-task oriented, organized and have the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Familiar with criminal and civil laws that may have direct influence on assignments.
- Strong analytical skills
- Highly developed communication skills, both written and oral.
- Armored Car industry experience preferred.
