Growing company in the Owensville, MO area is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead their engineering and R&D team of 10 employees. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and CNC programming experience. Proficiency with Mastercam and Solidworks required, as well as supervisory experience. Will relocate for the right candidate.
All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

responsibilities:
- Lead the engineering and R&D teams in design and development of product
- Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met
- Execute 3D modeling and design utilizing Solidworks and CNC programming with Mastercam
- Maintain project documentation including design specifications and reports
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency; works closely with other departments for project completion
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 3+ years of experience with CNC machining and Mastercam in manufacturing
- Previous supervisory experience and ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficiency with Solidworks and Cut Rite software
- ERP system experience
- Working knowledge of UL/NSF certification requirements
