We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented EEO Compliance Manager to assist the Senior Director in ensuring compliance with Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) regulatory obligations. The successful candidate will have expert-level proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills to manage and analyze workforce data effectively.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and assessing compliance with EEO laws and affirmative action plans, identifying trends and disparities, and addressing areas of concern. By leveraging workforce analytics, you will assist in the development of data-driven strategies and solutions that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization. WHAT OUR EEO COMPLIANCE MANAGER ENJOYS MOST

  • Actively and consistently supporting all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Assisting with analysis of workforce data and implementing strategies to address identified disparities.
  • Conducting regular internal audits to identify and address potential areas of non-compliance.
  • Assisting with Action-Oriented Program requirements.
  • Managing FCC requirements.
  • Leading annual compensation analysis.
  • Reviewing of regulatory changes to determine the impact on processes and systems.  Identify process gaps and regulatory risks to the organization.
  • Supporting communication of annual Affirmative Action Plans and Goals to BU leaders, HR/TA; and conduct quarterly updates on progress throughout the year.
  • Providing process improvement and other relevant change recommendations to Sr. Director, EEO Compliance based on audit findings.
  • Managing required physical postings for Federal/State Posters and Charter Policies.
  • All other duties as requested

Required Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of EEO Regulations
Familiarity with Affirmative Action Plans
Advanced level expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Shown ability to analyze data to identify trends
Evidence of problem solving & critical thinking skills
Demonstrated attention to detail in work output
Shown ability to coordinate, prioritize and balance multiple initiatives simultaneously
Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication
Demonstrated ability to work in a highly confidential environment
 
Required Education

Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
 
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years

Recent experience in Human Resources or EEO Compliance - 5+
 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS), HRIS Applications (Oracle)
