Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Manager to join the Canadian Vendor Finance Product Team as part of the Equipment Finance (EF) Product Organization as part of Commercial Bank. Learn more about the career areas and business divisionsat wellsfargojobs.com.
In this role, you will:
- Lead or participate on medium to large scale initiatives and deliverables aligned to EF LOB (line of business)
- Collaborate/partner with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
- Prepare and drive Big Room Planning (BRP) and new intake sessions
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring user stories are prioritized
- Lead refinement sessions, author user stories and acceptance criteria, attend size/commit sessions, and provide feedback in retrospectives
- Prepare communications on Product scope, approach, solution and value drivers for business stakeholders and Senior Leadership
- Be a self-starter, able to multi-task, work well under tight deadlines, and be comfortable working with technical and business teams
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge and understanding of Equipment Finance and Leasing
- Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban
- Knowledge and understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements, creating and refining user stories and managing documentation
- Strong Communication skills to articulate ideas clearly between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Knowledge in JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
- Strong ability to identify issues and propose actionable solutions
- Ability to manage expectations and prioritize conflicting needs across multiple stakeholders
- Embraces teamwork; shares ideas/methods to improve performance, while demonstrating the ability to work autonomously as needed.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$63,600.00 - $113,000.00
