Digital Media Manager - Military Veterans

Job Summary
The Digital Media Manager will be a supporting member of our growing digital team and will be individually responsible for developing and implementing cost-per-click campaign media strategies, managing media budgets, and be expected to collaborate cross-functionally to optimize campaign performance and achieve business objectives aligned with individual hotel's business goals.
Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- 5+ years digital marketing experience required, preferably in hotel marketing.
- Strong understanding of brand marketing efforts and capabilities (Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott, IHG).
- Ability to successfully execute on Koddi platforms (or similar DMP) as well as Booking Network Sponsored Ads and Expedia TravelAds native platforms.
- Strong understanding of CPC campaigns and optimization tactics.
- Ability to effectively identify and execute campaign optimization efforts to drive performance.
- Ability to provide insightful campaign performance analysis (written and verbal).
- Experience with running a large portfolio of campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of Hotel Brand internal reporting systems, third-party vendor reports (Demand 360, Google Analytics) a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement media strategy, manage media budgets, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize campaign performance and achieve business objectives.
- Leverage Koddi, Native TravelAds and Native Booking Network Sponsored Ad platforms to manage large scale digital marketing campaigns and examine trends to provide valuable and actionable insights to stakeholders
- Ability to effectively identify and execute campaign optimization efforts to drive performance.
- This role supports Second Wave Marketing's stakeholders by managing assigned campaigns, building relationships with our client-facing team-members, preparing analysis for stakeholders, and contributing to the company culture.
- Implement a data-driven approach to optimize and budget for CPC campaigns.
- Work with a talented team of digital marketing, data, and technology enthusiasts
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure key dates are met
- Identify and communicate digital trends that are shaping the travel industry
