They deploy evaluation teams to travel to nuclear electric generating facilities to observe operations, analyze processes, observe plant activities, and ask a lot of questions.

With an intense focus on safety and reliability, their evaluation teams assess the following:

- Knowledge and performance of plant personnel

- Condition of systems and equipment

- Quality of programs and procedures

- Effectiveness of plant management

- Additionally, they conduct corporate evaluations that are also focused on safety and reliability

The Senior Evaluator in Plant Operations for this company leads monitoring, evaluation, and assistance activities for nuclear power stations. The candidate will interact with utility personnel, WANO (World Association of Nuclear Operators) management, and professional groups in the industry. A candidate with experience in multiple functional areas, including recent pressurized water reactor operations experience at the shift manager level or above, is preferred.

There is about 30% travel in this role where you will be visiting nuclear facilities for evaluation. The rest of the time you will be in the office working on reports. You can expect to travel 7-8 times per year, for roughly a week at a time.

You will be training for the first 9 months (On site at nuclear operations) before working fully in Atlanta. The company will pay for your training, including housing, per diem.

Base salary, $130-160K - Up to 15% annual bonus, full benefits, relocation, medical, 3 weeks PTO full medical, a 401k. There will be pay increases, they will also get you licensed.
