Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team! As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in managing financial records, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the financial health of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

-Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
-Reconcile bank statements and track company expenses.
-Prepare financial reports and summaries for management.
-Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
-Monitor budgets and assist with financial forecasting.
-Assist with audits and other financial reviews.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
-Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite.
-Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial practices.
-Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
