Job Description
PCI is seeking a Office Administrator for its Dallas operations based in Midlothian, Texas. This individual will be responsible for the following duties:
- Review and post customer billings in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with project managers, project engineers, and estimators to review and validate project set-ups.
- Set up and maintain OCIP (Owner Controlled Insurance Program) documents, Certificates of Insurance (COI), and project folders to ensure proper documentation.
- Monitor project documentation for compliance and accuracy.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to contract management, as needed.
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least one year administrative experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Team collaboration
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Familiarity with OCIP/COI processes preferred.
- Experience in contract administration or a related field
- Local to the Dallas Metro Area
