Position Specific Description
In this role, you will be part of the Analysis & Resolution Team as a Senior Business Analyst. You will leverage strong analytical and project management skills to lead medium to large-sized projects and improve existing processes. Responsibilities include conducting trend, variance, and ad-hoc reviews, aggregating and summarizing findings, and presenting actionable recommendations. You will also drive the identification, development, and implementation of process improvements for greater productivity and cost efficiency.
Additionally, you will innovate and document standardized procedures, participate in special projects like the XD program, and collaborate closely with team members and business partners to align with organizational goals. Ensuring the customer's perspective informs strategic priorities and decisions is crucial. Identifying and understanding issues, comparing data from various sources to draw informed conclusions, and implementing effective solutions will be key. Lastly, performing data analysis to support key business initiatives and identify process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead medium to large-sized projects to enhance business processes and operations.
2. Manage operational case management within FPL Legacy systems, collaborating with SAP for integrated solutions.
3. Conduct trend, variance, and ad-hoc reviews; aggregate, validate, and summarize findings; present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
4. Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.
5. Thoroughly document processes to create comprehensive, standardized procedures.
6. Participate in special projects and initiatives, including the XD program.
7. Collaborate with team members and business partners to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
8. Ensure the customer's perspective drives strategic priorities, business decisions, and organizational processes.
9. Identify and understand issues, compare data from various sources to draw informed conclusions, and develop and implement appropriate solutions.
10. Maintain stable performance under pressure, handling stress in a manner acceptable to both colleagues and the organization.
11. Perform data analysis, data mining, and querying using SQL or other database programs to support key business initiatives and identify process improvements.
12. Innovate and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the team and organization.
This position can be based out of LFO (Miami) or CSE (West Palm Beach).
