The Lead Analyst, ASC Operations will play a crucial role in Stryker's Transformation Strategies business. This role will support Stryker's offense in the ASC & NT markets, working closely with cross-functional teams to address post-deal close, non-product related questions and inquires. Managing relationships, influencing, and collaborating with both key internal stakeholders and external customers is essential to success in this role. This role will also be responsible for building organizational capability and managing a newly established function responsible for centrally monitoring the collection of receivables that span across multiple divisions and working directly with customers to resolve payment issues. This leader needs to foster governance and organization among team members to best support Stryker’s objectives, while attracting high performing talent.
What you will do
- Coordinate with 10 ASC Regional Sales Managers (RMs) to track and address customer inquiries and requests post-deal close for any non-product related needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve open issues on behalf of customers and internal partners with respect to items such as, but not limited to purchase order processing, pricing discrepancies, freight charges, invoicing, rebates, account maintenance, etc. Effectively communicate the impact and timing of corrective actions to all stakeholders.
- Establish network and partnership with functional teams across all internal Business Units such as finance, sales operations, contract pricing, and strategic sales, as well as corporate shared service teams as needed to fulfill customer requests.
- Lead and/or partner with internal functional teams to develop and improve cross divisional processes to drive efficiencies supporting customer non-product related needs.
- Develop and manage monthly post sale pod meetings with sales leadership and internal key players to drive collaboration and coordination among the functions.
- Partner with sales and senior leadership to drive operational excellence within ASC and NT and deliver results.
- Develop strong strategic partnerships with our internal stakeholders and external customers to foster a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Assist in design and oversee a scalable and sustainable process that involves multiple systems and tools across the organization.
- Provide critical insights into compliance performance and influence decision-making with senior leadership across multiple functions and business units.
- Demonstrate excellent ability to identify issues, engage appropriate stakeholders, complete root cause analysis, recommend mitigation strategies, and assess effectiveness of solutions.
What you need
Required
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of professional experience
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
Preferred
- Experience with PowerBI
- Sales Operations and or Pricing analytics experience
$77,200- $160,800 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based location.
