KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supply Chain is a key catalyst at the center of putting Ice Cream’s purpose in motion. The team plays a vital role in getting our goods to customers and consumers; from sourcing raw materials to manufacturing and delivering the finished product. Our Ice Cream Supply Chain includes over 2000 employees working across 5 locations in the USA and Canada and more than 5 Collaborative Manufacturers. This role will support the NA SC leader in implementing the change, growth and transformation agenda as part of the SC leadership team.

  • Leads SC leadership governance cadence including monthly results reporting across the different functions
  • Implements appropriate reviews (weekly. monthly, quarterly) to track performance
  • Leads co-ordination of effective stakeholder reviews
  • Leads weekly SC leadership cadence and content annual calendar 
  • Develops and owns calendar for SC leadership forums and wider Supply Chain communication (Townhalls etc) 
  • Create and enable reinforcement mechanisms and celebrations of success

  • Experience in end-to-end Supply Chain ways of working
