As a Senior Manager FP&A for Foods North America, you help drive our cadence for performance management, including financial reporting, in year planning / forecasting (S&OP lead), and strategic planning to deliver our long-term financial growth model.

Who Are You and What Will You Do

The Senior Manager FP&A Foods North America will drive financial processes including weekly topline forecasting, results reporting, S&OP forecasting, and developing executive ready decks for the Foods North America Leadership team and the Global Foods CEO and CFO. The role is accountable for bridging the overall P&L Forecast through Cashup, Forecast, and Actuals cycle and providing a clear picture of our position, gaps to targets, and in partnership with key stakeholders outlining scenarios to deliver the plan. You will bring the outside world in with a view of how our competitors perform and insights to unlock growth and cost efficiency. The candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to communicate financial and non-financial concepts to operation teams, and the ability to prioritize and manage deadlines.

You will partner with the Business Unit (BU) CFO, Finance Business Partners (Demand and Supply), and Foods North America Leadership Teams. The role will develop one direct report and reports directly into the BU CFO. A growth and performance management mindset are required to help drive action and execution (i.e., move from reporting the news to creating the news). You will contribute to our culture of being collaborative, respectful, transparent, inclusive, and efficient.

  • identify, drive, and deliver value as well as provide transparency, analysis, and insights.
  • You are a problem-solver: Develop a deep understanding of the business and through analysis identify insights that drive value creation.
  • You are a teacher: Develop your direct report ensuring continuous improvement in their financial acumen, agility, and upskilling in driving digital efficiency.


What Will You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting / finance or related field; CFA, MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum five years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication of financial and business concepts and the ability to create executive ready presentations and white papers.
  • Curiosity to learn the business and develop business partnering skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and work under tight deadlines to deliver commitments.
  • Strong technical acumen and attention to detail. PBCS and AFO experience is an asset.
  • Partner for impact, Strong collaborator who enjoys building talent and teams.
