What will you be doing?

In this full time role, you will leverage your skills and experience to be a part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Customer Success Manager in Christiansburg, VA, your work will include:

• Responsibility for all aspects of projects and business opportunities within assigned accounts, serving as primary point of contact for internal and external contacts.
• Collaborating with sales, product management, engineering, operations and marketing teams to:
  
  • Prepare SOWs/proposals for patch subscription renewals
  • Drive commercialization of products, solutions and/or services developed under program
  • Farm and foster new ideas and growth opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Ensure products and services are competitive and well suited to market

All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this opportunity:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or comparable experience in lieu of degree, plus a minimum of 2 years of related work experience. An advanced degree (MS or MBA) may substitute for years of related work experience.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $63,000 - $82,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
