The Global Lounge Operations Center of Excellence (COE) team supports the broader lounge operations infrastructure which includes operator contracts and partnerships, capacity planning, training, facilities maintenance, and new lounge/expansion planning. The newly developed Sr. Manager of Facilities Operational Design & Maintenance role will be critical in being the subject matter expert of lounge operational design and upkeep of our facilities. This role will collaborate closely with Global Real Estate & Workplace Experience (GREWE), Global Brand Management (GABM), Centurion Lounge Business Development and Product to drive strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Oversight:
- Manage third-party facilities partner (current team of 3)
- Establish and oversee preventive maintenance programs to ensure facilities are well-maintained and operational.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to address facility issues promptly
Performance Monitoring:
- Build and execute status trackers to share out what is happening ‘on the ground’
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for facility operations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Operational Design:
- Partner with GREWE to implement strategic plans for facility operations that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work in partnership with GREWE to assess current facility layouts and workflows, recommending design improvements to maximize space utilization
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related inquiries and issues.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in facilities management or operational design.
- Highly motivated self-starter who is able to operate independently, quickly, and drives continuous improvement
- Demonstrated comfort in navigating ambiguity, keeps calm under pressure, and can operate in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent relationship and influencing skills for dealing with a wide range of challenges and colleagues at different levels
- Demonstrated project management, organization and planning skills
- Advanced presentation (PowerPoint) building skills and the ability to ingest insights and data to drive business outcomes
- Strong analytical skills (including quantitative), supported by advanced excel skills to drive insights from data
- Exceptional professional communication skills (clear, logical, and succinct)
Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
