HII Mission Technologies is looking to hire a driven Program Master Scheduler to provide onsite planning support for the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, Air Delivered Directorate in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The Air Delivered Capabilities Directorate mission is to develop, integrate, and sustain air delivered nuclear capabilities for warfighters to employ anywhere in the world at any time in order to deter our adversaries and assure our allies.

Responsibilities: I want to and can do that!

  • Maintain a project schedule of tasks and milestones required for successful and timely project delivery.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and update the master schedule based on stakeholder feedback.
  • Coordinate and manage meeting logistics, note-taking, action item management, and attendance accountability, including program communications.
  • Provide technical and programmatic interchanges in support of the WS3, VMP, DMS Mod, and other NDW programs.
  • Provide regular updates and technical editing assistance for various program documentation for the WS3, VMP, DMS Mod, and other NDW programs.
  • Maintain knowledge of the DoD Directive 5000 and Defense Acquisition System, processes, p rinciples, and applications to support the WS3, VMP, DMS Mod, and other NDW programs.
  • All candidates will be subject to a pre-employment background investigation and drug screening per HII requirements.


Requirements: I have already done that or have it!

  • 6 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's in a related field; 4 years relevant experience with a Master's in a related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
  • Security Clearance: Must possess an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
  • Proficient in preparing, developing, and coordinating integrated master plans and integrated master schedules to meet all program objectives.
  • Experience in horizontally and vertically integrating schedules across functional groups, including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality.
  • Proficient in tracking plans and schedules, performing risk analysis, and identifying and resolving critical path conflicts.
  • Experience in utilizing Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention in critical areas.
  • Possess strong listening, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Competence in MS Office, MS Project, and related software/programs.

Preferred Requirements

  • Greater than 10 years of Master Scheduler experience supporting DoD Acquisitions Programs.
  • Proficient in utilizing Kidasa Milestones Professional software.
  • Experience supporting WS3, VMP, DMS Mod, and other NDW programs.

Office environment. Lifting and moving materials should stay within the guidelines for a one-person lift.
